Hiroshima Prefecture and the International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons (“ICAN”) hold the Hiroshima-ICAN Academy on Nuclear Weapons and Global Security 2025. Through this program, we aim to nurture global leaders who can make concrete contributions towards a more peaceful and secure world.

In 2025, marking the 80th year since the atomic bombings and the end of the war, we held a webinar session in July and conducted the “Hiroshima Session” from October 14 to 18.
