Regarding the Lending of  Peace Education Materials

Hiroshima Prefecture lends and provides peace education materials created or held by the prefecture to schools, government offices, various peace organizations, municipalities, and other entities for non-profit activities.

2 How to Apply

Please contact the Hiroshima Prefecture Regional Policy Bureau Peace Promotion Project Team in advance to make a provisional reservation.

After making a provisional reservation, submit the application form via email, fax, or postal mail.

3    Notes When Borrowing (Panels, Posters, DVDs)

Borrowing is limited to events held withn Japan. Delivery will be either in-person pickup or shipping.

Shipping costs will be coverd by Hiroshima Prefecture only when shipping from Hiroshima Prefecture to the applicant(domestic shipping destinations omly). Return shipping costs are responsibility of the applicant.

The loan period is limited to a maximum of one month. For requests exceeding one month, please consult separately.

※If loaned materials are damaged, promptly notify the Prefecture and restore to their original condition at the applicant's expence.

 

4  Project Report

Submit the report after the project is completed.
