広島県の酒造技術ポータルサイト
広島県には、兵庫県の灘、京都府の伏見と並ぶ「日本三大酒どころ」である西条をはじめとして、お酒づくりを行っている市町が多くあり、日本酒造りが盛んな県として知られています。
広島県立総合技術研究所食品工業技術センターは、全国の公設試験研究機関でも珍しい実規模の試験醸造設備を有しており、新しい酵母・酒米そして醸造技術等を開発して普及することで、広島県内のお酒づくりを支えています。
