About the booklet “Hiroshima’s Path to Reconstruction”
To advance the “Hiroshima for Global Peace” Plan, Hiroshima Prefecture and the City of Hiroshima jointly documented Hiroshima’s reconstruction process and implemented the two-year “Hiroshima Reconstruction and Peacebuilding Project” from 2012 to 2013.
Leveraging the report “Learning from Reconstruction of Hiroshima: Reborn from the Ashes,” we have prepared the booklet “Hiroshima’s Path to Reconstruction” to help readers understand the history of Hiroshima’s reconstruction. The booklet is available for download, and printed copies are distributed upon request. (Booklets are mailed only within Japan.)

Panels: Hiroshima’s Path to Reconstruction
To make the findings of the report “Learning from Reconstruction of Hiroshima: Reborn from the Ashes,” more accessible, we created the “Hiroshima’s Path to Reconstruction” panels, which are used at seminars and other events.
Through these panels, we widely share insights from Hiroshima’s reconstruction and exhibit them at symposia, commemorative events, seminars, and similar occasions focused on recovery and peacebuilding. Please make use of the panel data when organizing exhibitions that introduce reconstruction of Hiroshima.
