Participant Application Questions， 2025

The Hiroshima Prefectural Government is inviting Kenjin Kai’s young members to participate in a program in Hiroshima， in order to deepen your understanding of Hiroshima through cultural experiencesand tours.
As your Kenjin Kai has nominated you to participate in this program， please respond to the following questions.
* This inquiry form uses session cookies. (Please make sure cookies are enabled in your web browser.) If the inquiry form stays open for more than 60 minutes, the information will become lost and you will not be able to submit it. If you need extra time, first type your information in Notepad or Word, and then copy and paste it to the inquiry form.
