Regional interpreter guide／English／丸山　幸一（Maruyama Koichi）

I have lived in Hiroshima prefecture for over 60 years. After graduating from National College of Technology， I worked for a local electric power company until retirement age.
Although I am an electrical engineer， I have always liked ”travel” and ”delicious food” and became a regional interpreter guide.
I was transferred to various parts of Hiroshima prefecture and was able to experience most of the city’s sights， sightseeing spots， and delicious food.
Since the past year， I have been taking part in guiding foreign tourists activities as a member of the ”Hello Project” at Hiroshima Station. In addition， as an electrical engineer， I also have experience in treating with inspectors from overseas.
Besides guiding for Hiroshima city， I would like to passionately introduce my favorite ”Higashi-Hiroshima sake” and ”the scenery of the islands along the Shimanami Kaido， delicious food” to many tourists.
