This multipurpose hall was built adjacent to Miyaura Park in Mihara City. The architectural design is based on the necessary functions of a hall facility, with the stage equipment placed on the street side and a raised wall, and the seating area covered by a curved roof. The foyer connecting the hall to the outside space is open, and is also a feature of the integration of the hall with the park.
