One of the symbolic buildings of Tojo, it is the factory of a manufacturer of rock drills and other equipment. The central building is a factory building with an elaborate design reminiscent of a European church, with a high-ceilinged nave in the center and low side corridors on both sides, with windows for lighting utilizing the difference in height between the nave and side corridors. The wooden truss structure of the interior space is also beautiful, making it one of the most outstanding industrial buildings in the prefecture.
