I’m based in Hiroshima and specialize in tours that highlight sake and local food. In December 2024, UNESCO recognized traditional Japanese sake brewing as an Intangible Cultural Heritage, drawing global attention to this rich tradition. As a certified International Kikizake-shi (sommelier of sake) and Sake Lecturer, I offer clear and enjoyable explanations of the sake-making process and the unique charm of Hiroshima’s breweries. Through my tours, I aim to help guests from around the world experience the depth of Japanese sake and Hiroshima’s vibrant culture.
