I am Mami Mukai from Mukaishima， Onomichi City. I have experiences of study abroad in USA and Thailand. (Thai interpretation is also possible).
My recommended course is: visiting old temples in Onomichi， strolling around the streets with retro architectures and atmosphere， and get across to Mukaishima (island) by “the shortest sea trip in Japan.” I’m sure that you can enjoy communicating with local people and some animals as well. Or， how about having luxurious dishes gazing at tranquil and beautiful scenery and then experience the spirit of Zen? Or savor the small historic town， Tomonoura?
I can propose various plans according to your needs.
